THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR: CYNTHIA GILLIAM
As the California Chapter Program Director, I am committed to building strong partnerships, developing impactful programs, and creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and advance our organization's mission throughout the state of California. With an extensive background in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and community engagement, I bring a strategic and collaborative approach to program management. My focus is on designing initiatives that address community needs, foster meaningful connections, and create measurable, lasting impact. I believe that effective leadership begins with listening, building trust, and working alongside diverse stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that serve our communities.
In my role, I oversee chapter programming, coordinate educational and networking opportunities, support volunteer engagement, and collaborate with community partners to expand our reach and strengthen our impact. I am passionate about creating inclusive spaces where members can grow professionally, develop as leaders, and contribute their talents to meaningful causes.
